Sir I did my sperm anlysis and got following readings Colour:whitesh ,volume:4.5ml,viscosity normal, reaction alkaline, total count 08 million/ml Motility Actmotiletisluggishlygmotilemotile motilen motile 45%,round cells6_8hpf Morphology 40% of the spermatozoas are morphologically normal rest contains head, gainthead &double headed spermatozoas
Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.Your sperm count is 08 million/ml,so it is low.
Motility of sperm should be at least 55 %.You have 45% motile sperms,so it is also low.
Sperm morphology is normal.Normally it should be at least 16 % for natural fertilization.
Besides clinical examination, you need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,ultrasound of scrotum, hormone assay. It is important to rule out any pathology. You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
If infertility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques. Treatment depend upon findings.
